Often referred to as the “Jewel of the Cotswolds”
The pretty High Street is lined with horse chestnut trees and includes a mixture of period houses & picturesque honey coloured Cotswold stone cottages which have lured visitors for centuries. A memorable place to stay and a perfect base from which to tour the local area and enjoy stunning walks. The village lies on The Cotswold Way national walking trail which runs 102 miles from Chipping Campden to Bath.

There is parking on the frontage, unique in Broadway.
Bay House was originally the Grocery store for the village and even appeared in a Danepak advert. Filming for this took place in 2012 before it was renovated. 3 sections of the video show Bay House. The Granary to the back used to be the store for The Old Grocery. It is situated on the historic Upper High Street in Broadway and is minutes from the main centre where you can find plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafe’s and shops.

“Hidden Gem…”
What a beautiful little cottage. The cottage is hidden down a little alley between 2 properties, when you open the gate you are welcomed with a large courtyard and garden furniture. The cottage itself is small but very well equipped and thought out. It is incredibly clean. It is about a 5 minute walk into the stunning village of Broadway. Cant speak highly enough… wish we booked longer.
“Great three day break”
The property is small but very functional with plenty of well thought out space. It was very clean with a nice garden area. The bed was nice and comfy. The area is beautiful with just a short walk to the restaurants, shops and pubs with the added extra of a parking space in the main town outside the property.

The position of The Old House at Bay couldn’t be beaten. On the beautiful Broadway high street, but at the quieter end and with parking right outside. The cottage was very comfortable and beautifully clean. Our two dogs were happy too. We will certainly be returning.

Very tastefully decorated cottage with the rare advantage of onsite parking, situated in a gorgeous Cotswold village. Well-equipped with ensuites to every bedroom. Highly recommended and we hope to revisit at some point. We had a great holiday!

The walk to Broadway Tower starts just minutes from the property and is a great place to walk the dog. We found this accommodation to be excellent value for money, great place to explore the Cotswold’s and overall a really lovely holiday.

Great location. Lots of places to eat and drink. Fabulous dog walking. Accommodation perfect. Great en suite to all bedrooms. Everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
